My name is Silvia Boselli and, since  2002, I am a real estate agent and I work in the vacation rentals field.

From 2010 until 2020 I was Abbav Vice president, the regional organization, landmarkin our branch; I am also an active member of Property Managers Italia organization, BRE-Ve, Short Venetian’s  Vacation Rental Organization and FIAIP, Professional Estate Agents organization. 

Veneziacentopercento real estate agency, that I founded in 2007, takes care of short lets and vacation rentals as main business and, from 2015, I am working also in buying and sellings. 

Professionality and experience have been acquired in long time, passion always alive and attention for the personal and professionist growth, have made of my agency a solid reality, that today manages more than 20 properties. 

On purpose I chose to work with properties located in Venice city center, especially in the District of Castello, in order to manage the properties in the best way and do my job in the most useful way for the owners. 

Priority and responsibility are my aim, to take care of the property that I have been given and attention to the guest, so to make them live Venice in the most complete way. 

The portfolio of our proposals for the final guest is always updated, with new acquisitions. 

My agency advertizes the properties both in a direct way and also through many booking websites, to offer a wide range of selling, handling directly the management of the house of the guests.
