All properties today are completely refurbished to offer a modern and comfortable accommodation, with still keeping our heritage.
All rooms provide private or shared bathroom with a simple and functional environment. The accommodation that we offer do not include breakfast. There are also excellent services nearby like, for example, supermarket, bank, post office, pharmacy, cafès, restaurants and shops of all types that meet all kinds of needs.

All our rooms are located in the Historical center of Venice, in Sestiere Castello.
They are just few steps from the Biennale of Art and Architecture Exhibitions and few minutes by walk from Piazza San Marco.Nearby you find the waterbus stops if you want to go to Lido Island, like for example where every year it takes place the International Film Festival. Murano, Burano, Torcello, San Giorgio and all the other islands in the Lagoon are easy to reach by waterbus.
